Our Proven Process for Exceptional Results

ASSESSMENT

Begin with your 1-hour complimentary Assessment that will help us identify your individual weaknesses. We will evaluate your:

  • Mobility restrictions
  • Strength imbalances
  • Movement patterns
  • Past or current injuries
  • Body fat %
  • Nutritional practices
  • Performance and fitness goals

At the end of your assessment we will present you with a roadmap of how we can best address your weaknesses and achieve your performance and fitness goals. If you decide to start training with us, we'll transition to Step 2 and begin designing your personalized program.

PROGRAM DESIGN

Based on your Assessment results, we design your individualized workout plan that will address the weaknesses found in the evaluation and help you achieve your performance and fitness goals in the fastest and safest way possible.

Your workout plans will be comprised of 4-week phases. Moving to a new training phase every 4 weeks will allow you to:

  • Recover optimally 
  • Decrease your rate of injury
  • Maximize your training results
  • Keep training fresh and fun

NUTRITION

Along with your workout plan, we also provide you with individualized nutritional guidelines for your goals that will:

  • Maximize your performance in and out of the gym
  • Improve your health and longevity
  • Help you create sound, long-lasting lifestyle habits
  • Maximize your body's ability to lose fat mass and gain muscle.

Experience how to train the correct way. When you begin your first week of training with us, you'll quickly realize we mean business. From your workout plan to the coaching we give you, everything has a specific purpose to helping you achieve your goals. 

We are bringing our experience from working with world-renowned strength coaches and professional athletes right to you.

POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT

Having a welcoming and open environment is one of our top priorities. All experience levels (beginner to advanced), ages, and goal types are welcomed in our training facility.

Not only do we want to help you achieve your performance and fitness goals, but we we want your training sessions to be one of the highlights of your week.

If you aren't coming in and leaving with a smile on your face, then we don't deserve to have you as a client.

ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS

From the moment you start, our mission is to help you achieve your performance and fitness goals as efficiently as possible. 

We only allow one personal training client (or group) to train in our facility per hour. Meaning you will have the entire gym to yourself to work with your trainer. This lets us keep our quality of training very high and make sure each client receives the support and instruction needed to achieve their goals.

Given our objective of providing the highest standard of training, we only accept a limited number of personal training clients per day.
